Increase your chances with a Premium account
With a Premium account, you receive a direct email notification as soon as new offerings are online. This allows you to respond faster than other house hunters and significantly increases your chance of a viewing and allocation. Premium gives you a head start when searching for a rental property. Respond faster, miss fewer opportunities, and increase your chance of success.

Once you are logged into My KBS, you can click on ‘Edit‘ to edit your account details.
Choose a premium account and increase your chances of getting a property. With a premium account, we send an email notification every time we place an offering on our website. This allows you to respond faster and therefore gives you a better chance of attending a viewing.
Moreover, you only pay if you actually rent a property through us, completely no-cure-no-pay! The costs for a premium account are €49.95.
You can always modify or delete your account via My KBS. Make sure you fill in everything truthfully and that your details are up to date. The landlord makes their choice for a new tenant based on this information and our rental property allocation protocol.
Log in to your account and go to the ‘Premium‘ tab in your profile. Click the ‘Upgrade to premium‘ button there and follow the steps to instantly upgrade your account. This gives you direct access to all premium features.
The registration number is visible on your profile page when you are logged into My KBS.
After the viewing, the landlord makes a choice from the interested candidates. They do this based on the rental property allocation protocol and the details in your account. Therefore, ensure that the details in your account are correct and up-to-date.
We are not a rental agent and therefore do not act as a mediator for you. However, we do guide you with viewings and you can also contact us for all your rental matters after signing your rental agreement.
If you rent a property through us, we ask you to sign our General Terms and Conditions. These are our rules of the game, drawn up to prevent misunderstandings.
If the landlord chooses you as the new tenant, we will let you know as soon as possible. You will then receive the rental confirmation by email; with this you confirm in writing that you are going to rent the property.
As soon as we have received the signed rental confirmation back from you, we will draft the rental agreement for you to email it to you so that you can already read through it.
The signing of the rental agreement takes place at our office; we then have plenty of time to explain it personally and answer any questions.
After signing the rental agreement, you must pay the first month’s rent and the deposit, and we will ensure that the keys are ready for you on the first rental day and that the property has been inspected.
Once you are logged into My KBS, go to your account settings, and click on ‘Delete Account‘.
